The First SharePoint Competency Centre in Australia

Sydney, Australia based Simbient is aware of the success of SharePoint with over US$800 in sales and as such they want to carve a niche in their country as the premier SharePoint center for enterprise and mid-level businesses.

Simbient has launched their competency centre for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 as they aim to help boost the sales of SharePoint in Australia. They argue that sales of SharePoint in regions where there are SharePoint experts have soared as businesses need custom fit configurations and installation of the platform.

This is good news and hopefully more and more software based companies from different regions take the initiative of building SharePoint Center of Excellence to help businesses get their SharePoint implementation correct and in tune of their needs.
