No SharePoint Love for Google Search Appliance despite Recent Milestone

No SharePoint LoveTechCrunch has posted an article on the recent milestone of Google enterprise who just went out with their 5th generation of search appliance. The search appliance is a yellow box based on a Dell server. The latest release has the following features:

1. Indexes 10 million documents
2. Twice, even three times faster than its predecessor
3. Indexes data from Oracle, SAP, Documentum, SharePoint, Salesforce.com, HR, etc.
4. Personalized views depending on role

I cannot understand how Starry Dynamo came up with a conclusion that SharePoint is only respected because of its File Management capabilities as she has written in this post.

Download Posters for SharePoint Stsadm command line parameters

This is exactly what I need. I love technical posters and Kirk Stark from the SharePoint User Assistance team satisfied cravings by creating posters that shows the parameters of SharePoint Stsadm. He created one for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
