Your Windows Vista system folders namely: Pictures, Documents, Music, Videos, Contacts, Downloads, and Favorites are placed under your "root folder installation\user name". Sometimes you need to move your system folder like "Music" to another disk or drive for storage space reasons.
The steps are:

2. Click on Start, and right-click on "Documents"
3. Click on Properties
5. Click on the Location tab, them "Move"
6. On the Destination dialog box, select the new location
8. Click Select Folder and the new location will appear in the text box on the next screen
9. Click on OK and confirm until all windows closes
