Microsoft’s XBox 360 is Blazing Hot

Microsoft’s XBox 360 is blazing hot after it was reported they sold 10.4 million units last year which exceeded their already aggressive target of 10 million. Likewise, their Gears of War has already sold a whopping 2.7 million copies in just under two months after it was released

Microsoft’s software attachment rate of 5.3 is a big feat that assures Microsoft they are in position to challenge
the leader in gaming.

Microsoft has been speeding business moves as they have announced IPTV and video-on-demand services as early as today.

Companies such as AT&T, British Telecom, Deutsch Telecom and Swiss Telecom together with other organizations have agreed to test it’s new features. This puts Microsoft in favorable position after six years since they have released the console.

The XBox features included the capability to function as a digital PVR and recorder while playing games and chatting to friends on the list.

Consumers are hoping for the release of 360 version with HDMI sooner than what Microsoft is telling.
