Microsoft My Phone

Microsoft has announced they are creating an online service dubbed as Microsoft "My Phone" to allow Windows Mobile applications to backup their data on the internet free of charge. iPhone users would also be able to use the service for $99.00 per year charge.

Also, Microsoft is creating an online marketplace similar to Apple's app store to help developers distribute their applications.
