Lawsuit for Steve Jobs’ Illness

Could you imagine investors now threatening to file a lawsuit on Apple for Steve Job’s illness on the argument that the company should have notified them earlier to prepare them for a succession plan.

The mere announcement of Steve Job’s medical leave already dropped the company’s share price by 10 percent and a lawsuit announcement against their own is simply dumb and would likely put them in a worse situation than their 10 percent drop.

The sharks are out and it is within Apple’s premises. Give the guy a break, and give Tim Cook some breathing room. They need it at this time.
