Girl Talk is a hip Software that Powers Microsoft Ads

The new power ad component of "I'm a PC" for Microsoft Windows is Girl Talk which is a sample--based music maker. AudioMulch is the software behind Girl Talk; however, this software does not run without the Windows Vista administrative privilege confirmation.

In the software's website: AudioMulch version 1.0 works with Vista so long as you enabled the 'Run as Administrator' setting for the AudioMulch program icon. See Windows Vista compatibility in the AudioMulch FAQ for more information. Improved Vista support is under development.

The software only needs a few modifications so users no longer have to run with "Administrative privileges"; it would have been best if they fixed this right away.
